Preparatory School Fees

PREPARATORY SCHOOL FEES 2023

The following scale of fees will apply from 1ST September 2023.

 

NURSERY SCHOOL - Please see separate fees page

Parent / Carer and Toddler: £6.00 per session.

 

Reception to 13 years

4 - 7 years:                         £2600 per term or 3 equal payments of £870

 

7 - 9 years:                         £3040 per term or 3 equal payments of £1020

 

9 - 11 years:                       £3485 per term or 3 equal payments of £1162

 

Years 7 & 8                         £3940 per term or 3 equal payments of £1315

 

  • Contribution towards the cost of swimming lessons = £70 per term from Year 2.
  • If fees are paid by 3 instalments per term, administration costs are built into each instalment.
  • If you wish to pay fees monthly direct through your bank, the monthly amount will be calculated as follows:- the fees due for the school year (3 terms) will be totalled and divided into 12 instalments. There are no administration charges for this payment method.
  • If you wish to pay by 12 monthly instalments, please speak to the bursar or one of the school secretaries.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR THE PREPARATORY SCHOOL

 

We are always over subscribed for our school and each year we have a waiting list to enter the Reception class.  If you have registered your child to attend our Preparatory school an invoice will be sent to you at the start of the Pre-Primary year (the year before Reception), requesting a £250 deposit to secure the place.  This will be deducted from your child’s fees for the first term in the Reception class.

 

BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL CARE FOR PREPARATORY SCHOOL CHILDREN

 

Before school care is available from 8.00 am.  This must be booked and paid for in advance please.  After school care is available from until 6.00 pm.  The minimum charge is £3.25 (£4.50 for nursery, as they require a higher staff to pupil ratio) per half hour, i.e. if your child stays for 1 ½ hours after school, the cost will be £9.00 (£12.75 for nursery).  If you would like more details speak to the school secretary.

 

HOT SCHOOL LUNCHES

 

These are available @ £3.30 per day for Nursery and £3.60 for Preparatory Pupils (subject to change), payable in advance.  Please ask the school secretary for more details.
